Check in: between 3.30pm and 6.00pm . A contactless check in can be booked by prior arrangement and also a later check in can be booked by prior arrangement.
Check out: 10.00am on your final day. A later check out option may be available upon request for an additional charge.
In the event of a cancellation outside 28 days of arrival, a cancellation of £65 is payable.
In the event of cancellation within 28 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of equivalent to the first nights stay may be payable.
In the event of cancellation with 14 days of your arrival, the full cost of your stay will remain payable.
Beyond 7 days of making your reservation, all amendments to bookings are subject to a £35 admin fee.
Our ground floor room is fully accessible. The ground floor of the house is all on one level.
Halmer Grange has guest car parking in front of the house.
We are dog lovers at Halmer Grange. Our Fern room is dog friendly and can take 1 small/medium dog. (Additional charges may apply)

No. Unfortunately Halmer Grange does not have family rooms. We cannot accommodate children under the age of 16 years of age.
